"Ambulatory Care"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

After seeing my Gp on the 13/11/15 they decided to send me to Ambulatory care as they thought I might have developed Pnuemonia. All I can say is that from the moment I arrived there I was treated superbly. My Doctor was absolutely fantastic, the doctor put me completely at ease and was very thorough. The nurse who carried out my Ecg . Nebuliser and gave me fluids was a breath of fresh air and always smiling, that was extremely comforting especially when I was feeling so ill. The treatment I received was second to none , plus everything was spotless , so I'd like to say a great big Thank you to all in Ambulatory Care..

Dear Karen

It is fantastic to read that you were happy with the care and treatment you received by the team in our Ambulatory Service. This must have been a very worrying time for you.

Thank you for taking time to share your experience with us and with others who may also have doubts and worries about attending hospital. Hopefully this help to will reassure them.

We have sent your thanks with your review over to the Ambulatory team.

Best wishes

Barts Health NHS Trust
