Having had very little help and advice from either my local doctor/s and hospital for treatment of my Trigeminal Neuralgia, my husband did his own investigations on the internet and discovered that options were available for treatment and that the place to go was the Spire Hospital in Bristol. I knew I was in safe hands and being offered what I wanted. The surgeon arranged an MRI scan there and then and showed me and explained the procedure necessary to cure the problem. A week later the surgeon performed the operation, the pain was gone at last and the subsequent care and attention given to me by both the surgeon and the very dedicated nurses and staff at the hospital was second to none. Yes, it cost me a lot, but to be free of pain at last after several years and knowing that the operation was performed by a very skilled and knowledgeable surgeon, it was worth it. My sincere thanks goes to him and the staff of overall a very pleasant hospital.
