"Excellent Service from the LRI Endoscopy Unit"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I would like to praise all of the staff that looked after me whilst having my endoscopy this week at the LRI, from the receptionist, nurses to the consultant. I was treated with respect from start to finish and all the staff were very caring and lovely. They were so helpful to me. The unit was extremely clean and everything that was going to happen to me was explained very clearly. The staff work very hard and if I ever have to have another endoscopy I will definitely choose the LRI.
