Was turned away for arriving within 30 minutes before closing, with a smirk from receptionist!! Despite barely being able to walk, and complaining of sever lower abdomen pain. Receptionist insisted i call 111 for 30 mins so that it would be too late, ended up trekking round 3 Herts hospitals, finally admitted at 11 pm with suspected appendicitis. Appalling service doesn't do this place justice!
