This morning I took my 95 year old mother in law to have her ears syringed. She is always frightened of visiting the hospital, but I have nothing but praise for our visit today. Her appointment was on time and she was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. The nurse treating her was so kind. Thank you for your patience.
