hi i liked the docter who came to see me but he didnt ask me if i wanted to see a girl docter

What could be improved

thier could atleast create a real smoking shelter in the hospitol grounds

Dear Lisa - We’re pleased you had a good experience when you were a patient at our hospital recently and we’re sorry if you would have preferred to have had a choice over whether you saw a male or female doctor.

We’re not sure what you mean by there needing to be a real smoking shelter. We would prefer people not to smoke at all while on our grounds. Despite our best efforts there were still smokers gathering at the main door and this is very offputting for other patients and visitors. Because of this we have reluctantly had to put up a shelter a little way away from the main entrance.
