What I liked
Very good treatment, pleasant staff, appointment on time.
What could be improved
Postal service.
Recieved appointment letter the morning of the 16th Nov (the day of treatment) letter dated 6th, if i hadn't have been directly in touch with the staff nurse prior to treatment day i would have missed my appointment with being at work, and also two more follow up appointments all in one week due to the treatment, one being in Carlisle. Posted through TNT.
