I can not speak highly enough about the Duchy Hospital, I have heard many people talk about how wonderful it is and that certainly helped me make my choice. The care and consideration from the Outpatient appointment with the consultant to the stay during and after the operation has been outstanding and I do not regret for one moment my decision.

All of the staff were kind and thoughtful in their dealings around the operation, the medication, the cleanliness and the food. Every time a member of staff came into the room be it nursing or non-nursing they all took the time to speak to you about a whole range of subjects on your care or personal and non personal issues which helped a lot. The cleanliness of the room and the whole building was second to none, the food was deliciously tasty and well presented on the plate and tray, truly a hotel experience.

'Thank you' everyone for your care and compassion during my stay, you all helped enormously.

I would like to say that a walk in shower in the en suite bathroom would be a great improvement to the whole experience.
