"terrible staff and place never going to go back"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

I am 22 years old and last night I was taken to hosiptal as I had breathing problems. I have allready been diagnosed with pericarditis and told if i felt anyworse to go to a&e to have a sonar and it would only take a few hours to find out what was wrong and what to do however when I got there is was left in a hallway and told a doctor would come see me soon. I waited there for well over 3 hours then a doctor finally spoke to me. The doctor was very unhelpfull, they sent me for an x-ray and took my blood. about an hour or 2 later they returned ensuring there was nothing wrong with me and to return home.

I attempted to tell the doctor my breathing problems had become worse since arriving and that there had been nothing done to me to improve my condition they were adamant there was nothing to do and for me to go home . the doctor advised me if I felt worse to come back but didn't seem to understand that I had come into hosiptal as I had allready been given that advice and obviously I was feeling worse.

as a 22 year old who now has a heart and breathing condition not being able to breathe seems sever to me but the doctor didn't understand and sent me home. my breathing was getting worse and worse as i was in hospital and nothing was given to me to attempt to releave this but was told to go home. as a 22 year old with this condition I feel clueless and helpless in the best of times but after going to the hospital and speaking to your doctor/nurses I now feel completely lost alone and helpless. I have been horrifically let down by all the staff on a&e this evening and can't beleave the lack of help, advise reassurance and generally care your staff have shown. a sonar was never taken and I am now heading over to new cross hospital where I am comforted by the fact there is now no possible way I can have a worse experience or care given to me from the nurses/doctors at new cross compared to the Princess royal. I will never recomend this hospital now and encourage people away from it. i truly can't beleave the lack of care or help I was shown at your hosiptal it has very much left me disappointed that these are the people who are ment to be looking out for my health
