my mother was seen in eye casualty for a problem with her eye.we wish to thank the sister who took her call in the morning,the doctor who examined her and the staff nurses .all staff were helpful and recognised mother's frail health and treated her wirh dignity.it made me feel very proud of our nhs

I am glad to hear about the care that your mother received while in the eye A&E department. It is great that our staff were able to recognise that, due to her frail health, your mother needed to be treated with special care and that they delivered this.
