Complaints Complaints Complaints, well what can I say? I have used St Charles Hospital Mental Health Services for six coming up seven years, Staff has done pretty well in recognising negative reactions but have very little assertiveness, when one decides to reflect on how they are being treated, by allocated staffs behaviour. Now I am a designated member of a few of the trusts across London, and work with a charity alongside the NHS Trust, I have seen many people suffer from negligence, inappropriate, misconduct, Code of Practice and they do say, but when the truth appears to the light a lot of the staff disbelieve leaving the Patient either upset or their voices are unheard. This code of conduct is not acceptable everyone has right to freedom of speech, and if their needs are not being met because of bad code of conduct misinterpretation and misunderstanding Then these Staff need to be approached and have their mind set reset to a complete level of peaceable progress. Give Thanks Peace!
