About: East Surrey Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I was taken to A&E recently by ambulance as I had passed out and also had had a nasty fall in the morning. Very high blood pressure and pain in back and shoulder. Luckily I didn't have to wait long before I was taken to a cubicle. The department was very busy and yes, I had to wait between various tests but I could not fault the staff for their care. We eventually got home at 7 am on Saturday but I felt assured that everything had been checked thoroughly and I had had a full MOT!
