I had minor surgery at the day centre today. The staff were very organised from reception to theatre. Everything went smoothly and everyone seemed up to date with what needed to happen. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. Everyone wad friendly and I even got a cup of tea and a biscuit afterwards. I was briefed about aftercare and was out of the hospital within 4 hours. Very impressed.
