The waiting times are long far to many people with complaints that could have been handled by there gp eg spot on arm, sore throat,headache.

Anything else?

i was sent by my gp with a letter and the staff had no idea as to what to do or where i should go finally got out in the early hours of the morning and that is the place where i work daily

totally gobsmacked at what i have seen in the a&e department.
