Trauma nurse, A & E London
You will recall, I interrupted your holiday on 25 July 2015, with my tumble down the external stair. Your expert diagnosis of spiral fracture to both tibia & fibia, surprised the on board Doctor and your directions to them were firm and precise. You straightened my leg, called for ice, a supporting wheelchair and temporary boot, before my transfer to the on-board Medical Centre. I would like to thank you for your actions on that day. I am at home in Australia now; still with crutches and a boot, but well on the way to recovery. Thanks to your attendence. Cheers, GEOFF
