While visiting a relative nearby she slipped, and while helping her up I strained a back ligament and early the next day passed out and felt very ill. The 111 service and paramedics were a great help and I was seen immediately in A&E by a very thorough and charming doctor who explained everything clearly and gave good instructions on how I should proceed and after many tests gave me a prescription. I live in Herefordshire'but wish to record my appreciation of your hospital and staff in A&E. Thank you.
