What I liked

hi, i was admitted for a new pacemaker. the preassessment nurse was excellent. all the staff were efficient on wd 33a. special thanks to my named nurse who tried to keep me calm.and escorted to the lab, she deserves a medal.My experence on ward 28 after was second to none, what a brilliant team from domestic to nursing staff. special thanks to the night nurses ,we had some laughs it helps ease the pain.keep on doing a great job, cath lab team you deseve a gold medal having me in your lab i was so nervous.

What could be improved
