"Eye Casualty"

About: St Thomas' Hospital (London)

Seen by the nurse on the 28/10 at the walk-in Ophthalmic Dept. When they first called my name I didn't hear it, when I answered on the 2nd time, they told me off for listening to music not responded to their call. I was unhappy of their attitude and told them that what they expected me to do when I don't know how long I'll be waiting, beside, I only listened on one ear, if they called louder, I wouldn't had missed it.

They made no apology, and I think their attitude was underhanded.

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent experience in the waiting area and the attitude of the member of staff who spoke to you. We have shared your feedback with the team in the department.
