"I was seen in the Rapid Access ..."

About: St Bartholomew's Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was seen in the Rapid Access Arythmia Clinic for Atrial Fibrillation. The specialist nurses were wonderful and time was taken to take a proper history and allow for discussion and questions. I was able to speak to staff by phone as well if I had any queries or worries. The appointments system was flexible, and there were no long waits for testing or making appointments. I felt the doctors and nurses had very good experience and knowledge of my condition.

What could be improved

No adverse comment.

Anything else?

I am only sorry I did not ask to been soon at this clinic sooner, but I had a good outcome. Thank you all at the Rapid Access Clinic.
