About: Darlington Memorial Hospital

I came for an eye operation on Novemder 3rd.I had to be there at 12 noon, It was 3 pm when I went,these things happen in a busy hospital, but I think I could have been kept informed. All the staff all day were exceptionally kind & thoughtful, but with very heavy work loads, I never had anything to eat, finally left at 9 pm, discharge done by a charming most efficient nurse who should have finished their shift at 7pm! There are improvements to be made, everyone is trying.

I know they will be encouraged by your positive comments, but I am sure they will also take on board your comments regarding the lack of communication and the lack of food.
