What I liked
Was in hospital for four days for an operation and received excellent service from careing staff.
The service received at Northwick Park and Central Middlesex prior to operation was excellent.
The guidance notes on preparing for the operation and what to expect afterwards were very helpfull.

Anything else?
I would have liked a full cooked breakfast of egg and bacon etc. Apart from that I thought food quite acceptable and have no compaints aboit it
