"Not Happy"

About: Wrightington Hospital

Well after being on the phone for over half an hour, being cut off once and left with the phone just ringing n ringing, I finally got through to the correct dept, I asked if they had a date for my hand surgery and was told by the person, there was not a date yet, and as it was just an injection thing I'd have a longer wait. Since when have appointment clerks been doctors. Im having a local for hand surgery, (which I have had twice before) I do not need to be talked to in that manner by anyone. They even said my doctors surgery might do more swabs if I asked........ When Ive been in before the nurses on the ward have all been very nice and helpful, shame this time they got it so wrong........
