"The whole day case (endoscopy) ..."

What I liked

The whole day case (endoscopy) team, both nurses and doctor, were friendly, helpful, reassuring and kind during the whole time I was there.

What could be improved

The admin system seems to have gone paper mad, for example, I had to sign three consent forms. Surely some rationalisation could save time and release money for new equipment?

Anything else?

I don't wish to have need to attend in the future but, if necessary, I will be quite happy about the treatment and care I would receive.
