"Very good visit to A&E"

I had to visit the A&E dept at Cheltenham General Hospital last w/e due to a fall. Luckily turned out to be very minor injuries but I have to say how fabulous all the staff were and what a great service was provided. I only had to wait 2 hours in total from start to finish. Thank you.

I just wanted to let them and anybody else know because the nhs get such a knocking a lot of the time but I was so impressed I thought they deserved some praise for a change.
