About: The Great Western Hospital

I had a short stay on Neptune ward, the staff on this ward are outstanding, I was reassured when worried immediately, nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff, always smiling and happy, in my 3 day stay I can honestly say I couldn't fault anything at all, I have been on another ward which I won't name, and my stay on that ward was no where near the care and compassion I received on Neptune, the staff on Neptune should be very proud of the care they give and all the hard work they do .
