"A & E experience on Saturday 7th November 2015"

About: King's Mill Hospital

I was taken to A & E today with a very painful knee having had an accident at home. Have to say the treatment I received was excellent. Seen promptly at reception, very nice receptionist. Seen soon after by triage nurse who immediately gave me pain relief and assessed the injury. I was then seen by a nurse practitioner who sent me for an X Ray. This was done after a very short wait. After that the N P viewed my X Ray with me, discussed and explained my problem and has referred me to the fracture clinic I will be attending on Monday.

Many thanks to all of you for the excellent care and support I received.
