My daughter in law had an appointment at King mill hospital on Sunday8November for an M R I for a suspected stroke. On the 7 November she received a letter cancelling her appointment because she didn't answer her phone to confirm her appointment.
1. She is not allowed to use her phone at work 2 she shouldn't need to confirm her appointment 3. She had to take a day off work to go to this appointment 4. Does this hospital really care about the well being of patients in view of the seriousness of her need for this M R I. I don't think so!
"Disgusting."
