tried to order repeat prescription from my surgery,
what a load of hassle to try and get my tablets that I have run out of and wont get for another 24 hrs, ran out on Friday and couldn't access the site all weekend and trying again today! ! still no joy! had to phone the surgery then was told had to go to the practice site and send an email.
When the site isn't working for me anyway? No wonder people are saying our NHS has gone to the dogs!
