"Accident & Emergency Visit"

About: Louth Community Hospital / Urgent Care Centre (Louth Hospital)

I visited A&E early this morning with my wife, both in a highly emotional state. From the outset we were treated in a friendly and courteous manner with empathy. The doctor and nurse who examined me did so in a calm reassuring professional & friendly way. Even the cleaner and the nursing auxiliary chatted to us and made us feel relaxed as we waited to see someone. Unfortunately I can not remember any names but without exception we were totally impressed by the team. We are so fortunate to have such a great hospital locally. Thank you!
