"Could not have had better treatment."

About: Musgrove Park Hospital (Taunton)

I was admitted for a short stay operation in June 2015. The staff were all lovely and my room was very clean. The surgical admission lounge was very homely and relaxing. My operation went well and i woke up in the recovery room with a nurse at my side. The surgeon was very nice and easy to chat to. After my op i was asked if i would like something to eat. A lovely mug of coffee went down very well and i had a tray with a lovely selection of toast, butter and jam, biscuits, cheese, dessert pot and cake.

When i felt able too, i got dressed and watched some television while waiting for my brother to pick me up. I was never made to feel rushed.

I could not have had better treatment. God bless the NHS and long may it continue.
