I visited with my partner who was experiencing severe pain which he suspected to be a collapsed lung based on previous history. We were handled efficiently through reception and were prioritised up the queue to X-ray. My partner was seen by a trainee practitioner under supervision and their whole approach from initial contact through to the thoroughness of the examination, bedside manner, general care and upbeat approachable attitude was excellent.
This will be an excellent practitioner that is for certain. We were in for around three hours in total and felt well cared for throughout. The supervisor answered all of our questions and didn't exclude us from their discussions.
I must also commend the nursing staff who took bloods and blood pressure and the auxiliary and janitorial staff who were extremely helpful and friendly.
We left feeling confident with the diagnosis that everything had been considered and covered.
We have both said what a positive experience it was and would like our feedback to be passed on to those it concerns.
"Fantastic experience to be commended"
