(as a relative),

My daughter had her little boy on Friday evening after being induced.

I wanted to say a massive thank you to all the staff in the induction lounge and the labour suite, especially Heather, Fiona and Emma, they were all fantastic, caring, professional and friendly and made the whole experience a good one.

Thank you so much from a grateful Granparent.
