"My Daughter was very poorly after birth"

About: Whiston Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

During my pregnancy with my last baby I had a gbs (Group B Strep) infection. Nobody would listen and nothing was noted for my new baby.

My waters completely went at 35 weeks and I was left from friday until monday before I was induced. Because labour ward was too busy.

My baby was very poorly and in hospital for 2 weeks with sepsis. Can't thank the SCBU enough, they were wonderful.
