I have just been on the phone to a receptionist for the women's ultrasound department regarding my 12 wk scan. The lady I spoke to today friday 6 th nov was so lovely she changed the time of my scan with no trouble and stress free she has no idea of the journey I have had to get pregnant having already lost one a small thing by changing the time of my scan to morning (as we go on hols in the afternoon) has made me so happy and less stressed at such an anxious time I don't know the lady's name but please thank the staff
