"unhelpful a waste of my time"

Ten months ago i fractured my wrist ive had 3 cast on since then i have just come back to get my results for a CT scan from nearly two monthhs ago (after waiting a extra hour past my appointment time due to no staff) the scan is all clear suprisingly but im in pain constantly all the time but all i got was theres nothing we can do basically or my GP can referrer me to surgeon that makes no sense to me, but now i cant even get an appointment at my GP either, a waste of time i didnt get any physiotherapy options any pain medication nothing, its a joke so i have to now go to work with a wrist thats weak and never fixed apart from put in a cast for months
