Faultless from initial appointment with urologist, through CAT scan and blood tests through pre-op assessment, the hospital stay and the check-out. I write this before having any follow up.
All staff were friendly and courteous. My room was comfortable with bathroom, cable TV and WIFI
The anaesthetist was friendly and informative. The operation (TURP) went smoother than my expectations and aftercare in my bedroom was all that could be expected.
The food was excellent and prepared on the premises. Salads, chicken breast and fish.
Night care was solicitous and friendly. I would recommend this hospital highly. Everyone tried very hard to make me feel comfortable.
