"Why can't all hospitals be like this?"

About: Royal Orthopaedic Hospital

I have now had 2 appointments at this hospital. Although it is quite a way for me to travel, I wouldn't want to go to any other. The whole experience was good, from the layout of the hospital to the courteous staff. I felt at ease and never rushed or left waiting. I also felt confident in the treatment I received. If this hospital can work this way, why can't all hospitals do it?
