About: Royal Berkshire Hospital

Absolutely disgusted with Urology Dept.

Left messages that have never been returned!

Never seem to answer the phone!

Told by them I had a letter sent to me over two weeks ago ( no letter arrived)

Have been in RBH before and had no great problems and the staff work hard.

Now going to find how I can make an official complaint and is there other people out there having the same problems?

Going to go back to my GP to see if there is another hospital that I can be sent to?
