"Ophthalmology appointment"

I had to bring my 89 year old grandmother to an appointment to have her eyes checked for Glaucoma, she was very nervous, the staff in this department were amazing making her feel very welcome and assuring her that everything would be ok keeping myself informed about what was going on throughout the entire visit. Very professional team who truely deserve a pat on the back as the department was very busy but this didnt impact on the level of care being offered. 1st Class Department thankyou so much.
