(as a relative),

The heart failure nurse was excellent. She stayed longer to ensure she went through everything thoroughly. She weighed my dad, did bloods etc. She rang the next day with the results along with suggesting options based on the results. The follow up was excellent. An excellent service provided by someone who really cares. Thank you
