Excellent care and empathy, thanks so much.

Nothing to do with the department - the database continues to cause me concern. For years it seems the data base identifies different home address depending upon which terminal or reception used!

Not a problem when you are there but it means that no letter received for my last two appointments, just found out about important appointments by word of mouth.

This causes me angst and if this virus is common, must impact on hospital appointment attendance figures.
