"Boothroyd centre staff were brilliant"

I've just had a diagnostic laparoscopy at the Boothroyd centre and I want to pass on my good opinion of the staff there. I haven't had many operations in my life so I was naturally apprehensive. The nurses were fantastically supportive. Two members of staff stood out to me as being exceptionally caring and attentive but all of the staff were excellent. I was very emotional after receiving my diagnosis and the nurses were great. My dignity and respect were maintained throughout. The consultants and anaesthetist explained everything very clearly. Thank you so much! NHS staff deserve a gold medal for the pressures they deal with whilst maintaining excellent duty of care.
