About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

My 84 year old Mum was admitted via A & E in September.There were no beds available and the department was very busy for a Monday night.I stayed with my Mum throughout the night.The staff were wonderful and treated my Mum with kindness and respect.They looked after me, too! She was transferred to the elderly admissions ward then the elderly and frailward.The care on both of these wards was excellent .My family has nothing but praise and gratitude towards Stoke Royal Hospital
