"Car parking"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

parking is bad in most hospitals but stoke hospital is very bad I had an appointment at a time in the afternoon when there is visiting hours and I was driving around the car parks for 43 minuets trying to find a space to park with doing this I could not park my car and was late for my appointment so I had to go home and ring up to explain my missed appointment to the so called department to say I wont be able to make it. the so called security are a waste of time there speaking to people is very rude things like cant park there mate or dunna park there they are olso scruffy some havnt had a shave there uniforms could do with a wash dirty shoes some in trainers there yellow coats look like they have been working in the garage department. The outside should represent the inside of a hospital please please take a look at this and the way they speak to people should be sir or madam or miss and not mate and the one I got was hey you they should stop chatting up some woman and do there jobs. sorry for moaning but you are a good hospital and you doctors and nurses work so hard for not enough pay and long hours keep up the good work (minister) graham barnett
