I was admitted in March 2105 to have Aortic valve replacement and triple bypass surgery, under the direct care of the Adult Cardiac Surgeon and team.
All I can say is 'incredible'; The surgeon is a delightful person; caring, humorous (which I appreciated greatly), considerate and, obviously, a very skilled surgeon. Their entire 'Team' of Registrars and others were also wonderful to me.
The specialist Nursing Staff I met in Recovery, High Dependency and on Princess Alexandra Ward, where I stayed the longest post surgery, were exemplary in every respect and can't rate them highly enough. The Catering staff were helpful and very good, as was the food.
The Cleaning personnel were also kind, thoughtful and, although I wouldn't eat my food off the floor, I sometimes felt I could have done, they were that thorough.
If you are reading this review because you are due to be admitted, or considering having procedures done here, I would personally say "Don't worry" you are going to a Hospital that is, I am sure, the best in the Country for Cardiac & Thoracic surgery, if not the World.
If I could award more than 5 Stars, I definitely would, by far more.
"Amazing Hospital in every respect."
