"Couldn't be happier with my experience"

The 111 service advised me to take my son to a&e where he was seen very quickly! And was admitted. The staff on the children's wards were great with him and did their best to sooth him when he was having a canular inserted. The wards where kept clean and tidy. The staff even comforted me when I got upset which was a nice gesture. Thank you to all the nurses, doctors and even the cleaners for making a horrible situation a little bit better!
