Treated with care, dignity and humour.
Staff often doing mundane repetitive work and often faced with worried patient who were out of their comfort zone and asking inane questions were treated as if nothing was to much trouble and as if your care was very important.
I enjoy watching management working and I was impressed how things were run on ward 24, especially discharge.
I'm retired now, but worked in Social Services for over 10 years and Iv'e seen some NHS disasters in this time, James Cook is not one of them.
Thank You
