About: Alexandra Hospital

My mum was admitted to a/e on the 9/10/2015 following a fall and sustaining a head injury.

My family want to say thank you to all the staff involved in her care that evening and i'm sorry I do not remember their names. Sadly mum passed away in the early hours of 10/10/2015, but we are so grateful for the care, compassion and dignity given to mum and all the family at such a very sad time.
