"Appointment/ Referral mismatch"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I have received a letter to book an appointment at Orthotic Clinic. When I called them, they have no record of any referral to Orthotic. No one knows what is going on. Waited for more than 6 weeks for this letter.
