"Recent Visit to clinic"

I recently visited the Clinical Physiologist's Respiratory Laboratory with Maureen. I cannot give her enough praise for the great work she is doing there. I was very uneasy and nervous about the procedure and she helped set me at ease. She was very caring and understanding and really helped me feel better about the procedure. She was very professional and very good at explaining the procedure. As I mentioned earlier, I cannot give her enough praise. She is a real attribute to the NHS and an excellent example of a caring Knowledgeable Health Professional. Thank you Maureen.
